As of June 13, the Export Credit Insurance Corporation is again allowing to insure receivables with Ukrainian counterparties.

As you know, the Insurer decided quite quickly to cancel all credit limits for Ukraine. This put us on alert and gave us a lot of work with Our clients. This decision caused a great deal of confusion. Very many clients had to stop trade with Ukraine. Based on a signed demand from a memorandum in Kiev at the beginning of June, insurance can cover goods or services excluded from the payment moratorium, which was introduced on February 24 by the Central Bank in Ukraine. The list of items is broad and primarily includes necessities for the population (fuel, food, etc.).
